Our products are intended exclusively for commercial customers (B2B). Please note that there is no statutory right of withdrawal in the B2B sector as there is in the end customer business (B2C).

If you still wish to return goods, please contact us in advance. Returns are possible by prior arrangement and are at the buyer's own expense and responsibility. Please note that we can only accept unused, undamaged items in their original packaging.

After successful inspection, you will receive a credit note or refund from us.
